In order, left to right, they are:
Row #1 - Moringa, sesame seed oil, garlic, coconut, chia seeds, coconut oil.
Row #2 - Eggs, carrot juice, lima beans, fish, figs, mulberries.
Row #3 - Beets, turmeric, black pepper, wheat germ, spinach, bananas.

Each of these foods has a distinct reason for being included in this list. The basics are: natural, organic when possible, raw when possible (with the exception of the fish, and
not raw egg whites, just the yolks), and unprocessed. If you can find non-GMO foods, please eat them, as so much of our food supply has been altered, and "the jury is still out" on how GMO foods affect our bodies. Our opinion, is that they are disastrous.
