I spent most of my time one whole year, basically researching garlic. I ate it raw, dried, cooked, and in processed liquid form. The results of my research showed that RAW garlic is the most efficacious. There are many beneficial properties in garlic that are destroyed when it is heated to over 106-130 degrees, F. The variance is due to different types of garlic, and the methods used to heat it.
